The Challenge

Great spaces. No reason to choose them.

Forma Collective had two locations — Warsaw and London — with genuinely well-designed spaces and a strong community. But their brand was invisible online and their messaging competed on price against operators ten times their size.

Price is never the right position for a community brand. They needed a reason to belong, not a reason to compare.

Our Approach

Sell the community. Not the desk.

01 — Identity

Built a new brand identity that communicated belonging — warm, modern, and distinct from the cold minimalism of most co-working brands.

02 — Web

Redesigned their website to lead with community stories and member outcomes — not floor plans and pricing tables.

03 — Social

Created a social content strategy built around the members — their work, their wins, their stories. Organic reach grew without a single paid post.
